Features

  • Manual positioning feeding station: operators identify wire colors and load them into alignment fixtures. A color recognition sensor triggers an alarm for incorrect placement, prompting manual reinsertion. A depth sensor at the wire tip ensures correct color alignment and insertion depth. Once validated, the upper clamp secures the wire for rotary gripper pickup.
