Common Faults and Solutions of Automatic Terminal Crimping Machine

Automatic terminal crimping machine is widely used in electronic wiring harness gradually, generally cause it has the function of fixed-length cutting and both leads peeling, but also according to the demand of market, choose whether to stick tin, crimp the leads. On the processing of using automatic terminal machine, there maybe exist inconsistent cutting length, peeling length and other problems. Here is a brief introduction of some common faults, reasons and solutions of automatic terminal crimping machine.
1. Fault: The electronic wire cutting length of terminal machine is inconsistent Reason A: Wire feeding wheel pressure is too tight or too loose. Measurement: Adjust the gap between the two wheels with wire roller trimmer so that the wire is not compressed and too loose slip. Reason B: The straightener is too tight or loose; Measurement: Adjust the straightening device from the straightening function and make sure it can be sent out smoothly as a principle. Reason C: Tangent edge wear or edge; Measurement: Replace the cutter.
2. Fault: Terminal crimp machine cannot start up operation or stop when operation; Solutions: A. Check whether there is current input (220V) and 6KG air pressure; B. Check whether the total set quantity has arrived. If so, power off and start again after reset; C. Check whether the terminal crimp machine has wires or a running part was stucked; D. Check whether the terminal machine is connected by signal or power supply, and the terminal machine is not pressed.
Solutions: A. Check whether the gun-shaped swing arm conduit is attached to the wire; B. Check whether the cutting edge of the terminal machine is relatively straight with the swinging arm conduit; C. Check whether the auxiliary press block of the terminal machine is loose; D. Check whether the distance between the terminal crimp machine and the automation is changed.
4. Fault: the stripping opening length of the terminal machine is different.
